A few things to help you settle in.
Keeping the Clock On
Turn on Settings › Display › Keep screen awake to stop the display sleeping while Mikan Clock is open — keep your device on a charger when you do. For a bedside clock, Night dimming fades the full-screen face after dark, and Enter night mode shows your chosen Standby face.
Battery on Faces
Settings › Display › Show battery adds the battery level to faces that support it. Not every face has room for it.
Sounds and Haptics
Clock sound, Tick sound, Chime on the hour, and Haptics on face change are in Settings › Feel. The hourly chime stays quiet between 22:00 and 07:00. On iPhone, Mikan Clock's sounds follow Silent mode and mix with whatever else is playing.
World Dial
Choose your cities in Settings › Time › Home zone and World Dial zones. Mikan Clock uses the time zones built into your device, so it never needs your location.
The Tilt Face
The Tilt face moves with your device. A Mac has no motion sensor, so on Mac the bubble drifts gently on its own.
Privacy
Mikan Clock collects no personal information. Read the Mikan Clock Privacy Policy.
