Why it is here
The response wall looks busy because many records cross at once, but no individual row moves quickly. Its sense of immediacy comes from simultaneous evidence: three timelines, staggered seams, a live status pulse, and fragments always entering at both edges.
The quarter-track reset is the structural idea. Four identical copies turn an ordinary finite list into a loop whose endpoint is also its beginning. Counterflow keeps the rows distinct, and the long unequal durations prevent the composition from collapsing into one synchronized conveyor.
The field sells velocity through accumulation rather than speed. Long loops keep each row calm; different durations prevent the three seams from announcing themselves together; reversing the middle row creates useful cross-current while the masked edges let the cards enter and leave softly.
